Who should attend:
Although we welcome students that are pursuing a career in vocational (full-time) ministry, our focus is to ensure those serving in the church (elders, deacons, board members, department leaders, administrators, ushers, Sunday school/kids ministry teachers, worship team members etc.) are fully equipped and trained to fulfill their God-given calling.
Our course timelines and tuition structure have been uniquely designed to meet the needs of busy, working families who have budget and schedule constraints.
What do you hope to accomplish?
An Elder at a church may become acquainted with someone who is new to the church and from a different faith, we hope our World Religions course will give this person the tools to engage in a meaningful, open conversation with them about why Jesus is the answer with a clear understanding of their religious context and sensitivities.
Often churches reward those who are faithful and committed with leadership positions without ensuring they have adequate training to lead well. Courses like Interpersonal leadership and Christian Leadership Ethics are designed to ensure that the leader understands biblical leadership principles and knows how to create a culture of excellence around them.
